When I bought my house 20 years ago I called Unique Heating and Cooling because they know all about boilers and radiant heat. My boiler was VERY OLD and eventually had to be replaced. My air conditioners were also old, and over time I have replaced them With more efficient units as well. In all cases, Unique has done a timely and reasonably priced job. Their technicians are nice people, and they know what they are doing, so they do an excellent job!

I have used Unique Heating and Cooling for many years now and they have always done exceptional work. Haven’t needed their services in a couple of years and when I called yesterday, they were very kind although extremely busy this time of year, they were able to get someone out here today. The young man that came was very polite, professional, and informative explaining things to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You’ll be treated well and you won’t be disappointed.

My regular AC guy retired and I was very worried about finding another honest and professional company. He recommended Unique heating and cooling. They were able to set up a timely appointment and sent out Dakota to find out what the problem was. He was able to identify the issue and fixed it. He was very nice, professional, tidy, and Covid-safe. The price was very fair. I would recommend him and the company to everyone. It is a wonderful thing to find an honest and professional business you can count on.

Unique Heating and Cooling are the best! Our ac went out a couple of weeks ago during a heat wave and a technician came out that afternoon to fix it for us. It is an honest, reliable company that we can always count on to take care of the heating/cooling system for our home. We highly recommend them to anyone!!

Unique Heat and Cooling went above and beyond. While doing routine maintenance, the tech found an issue with my best thermostat. After an hour of troubleshooting, found the installer did a poor job – incorrect and exposed wiring. Tech fixed it and probably prevented a potential fire hazard. THANK YOU! Will be using Unique from now on!

Fantastic experience. Called another HVAC company initially, and they tried to convince me that my a/c unit was broken beyond repair and that it needed to be replaced. Called Unique for a 2nd opinion and for the price of a quick service call and a new filter, the unit is running exactly like it’s supposed to. Would highly recommend Unique for any HVAC matters.
